A Special Grama Sabha is being convened on June 5th as part of World Environment Day. The primary agendas include raising awareness, local discussions, and voluntary community action regarding environmental protection, cleanliness, solid and plastic waste management, water conservation, and safe sanitation practices
Beneficiary Grama Sabha
Gram Sabhas are being held at various venues across the wards of Mayyanad Grama Panchayat from September 16, 2026, to September 26, 2026, for the following purposes:
* To approve the beneficiary list for benefits under the 2026–27 annual project of Janakeeyasoothranam (People's Planning) in Mayyanad Grama Panchayat.
* To validate the additional beneficiary list for the 2025–26 annual project.
* To approve the VBG Ramji additional action plan.
* To accept applications from beneficiaries for planting saplings under the VBG Ramji scheme.
